Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois, in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Portable Toilets”, with the time and date of the opening, which will be January 27, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall.

The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. The bid award will be made by the Town Council, and their decision will be final.
