Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois, in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Portable Toilets”, with the time and date of the opening, which will be January 27, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall.
