Project Description: Bid Invitation Notice: The City of Harrisburg is soliciting contractors for portable toilet services. Submissions will be accepted electronically on Pennbid.net until 11:00 p.m. prevailing time, February 23, 2025 (PLEASE SEE ALL DATE CHANGES BELOW), and opened electronically with the Office of the Controller on the following business day where both parties are available. All solicitation details will be available at no cost on www.PennBid.net. All questions about the meaning or intent of the solicitation must be submitted in writing on PennBid.net. Telephone and e-mail inquiries will be directed to PennBid.net. Submissions will be considered valid for a period of 60 days.
