Portable Toilet Services

The Town of Andover, Massachusetts seeks to engage the services of a privately qualified firm to provide, deliver and service eighteen (18) seasonal portable toilets for twelve (12) parks and one (1) year-round portable toilet at the Bald Hill Composting Facility. Each firm submitting a quote must be lawfully engaged in the service of providing, delivering, and servicing portable toilets in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

An overview and detailed specifications are provided later in the Request for Quotes (RFQ).

Quotes must be received no later than 11:00 AM on September 25, 2025, from interested firms, to be eligible for consideration by the Town. Quotes must be submitted in hard copy to the Purchasing Agent, Andover Town Offices, 36 Bartlet Street, Andover, MA 01810 and must be clearly marked,

Requests for Quotes will be issued by the Purchasing Agent or her designee, to authorized firms, and are not transferable unless authorized by the Purchasing Agent.

The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof, to waive any formality, informality, information or errors in the proposal, to accept the proposal considered to be in the best interest of the Town, or to purchase on the open market if it is considered in the best interest of the Town to do so.
