Description:

Cherry Hill Township is seeking quotations from qualified vendors for the rental, delivery, servicing, and removal of portable toilet facilities for multiple special events and ongoing monthly park rentals from July 1 through June 30 throughout the fiscal year(s) (2026 to 2027 and 2027 to 2028)

The initial contract shall be for a one (1) year term, beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027, with the option to renew at the Township’s sole discretion in accordance with applicable procurement regulations for an additional one (1) year term from July 1, 2027 through June 30, 2028.

The successful vendor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to furnish portable toilet units and related services, including:

Delivery and placement of units
Routine and/or event-based servicing
Restocking of supplies
Emergency or on-call service as needed
Removal of units following events or at the conclusion of monthly rental periods

Services will be required for:

Special events (one-day or multi-day)
Ongoing monthly rentals at various Township parks and facilities

Qualifications:

Vendors must be able to provide the following unit types:

•        Standard Portable Toilet Units
•        ADA-Compliant Portable Toilet Units, meeting all applicable ADA requirements
•        Hand Sanitizer Units included with each toilet unit

Special Requirements:

User must be provided access to a customer service representative 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
