Project Description: Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) is soliciting proposals through a competitive process from qualified contractors to provide the rental and servicing of portable restrooms with hand washing stations throughout EMWD serving area. The requirements for the work are further described in Section 2 – Scope of Services.
