Portable Restroom Services for City Parks

The City of Framingham (‘City), acting through the Mayor, the Awarding Authority is requesting bids from qualified vendors to provide portable restrooms and related services to properties owned/maintained by the City of Framingham. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to supply, deliver, and service standard and/or ADA compliant portable restrooms.

Bid documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bidnet portal on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 after 10:00 AM:

Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet portal system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

Bids shall be submitted through Bidnet and are due on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 10:00 AM.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities and technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
