Project Description: The City of Tempe (City) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish a contract for the rental of portable restroom units. Rental will be on an as-needed basis. The resulting contract will be for an initial period of two (2) years with three (3), one (1) year renewal options exercisable based upon future pricing and performance of awarded firm.
