The U.S. Army requires a modernized, portable, self-contained oxygen generation system capable of supporting life-saving medical operations in austere environments at Role of Care 3. This Request for Prototype Proposals (RPP) seeks solutions that demonstrate a self-contained, portable oxygen generation system using Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) or equivalent technology. The prototype must produce medical-grade oxygen meeting United States Pharmacopeia (USP) standards, operate on single or double-voltage power with automatic voltage detection, and weigh no more than 350 pounds.
