SUBMITTAL - Scope of Work, Response

Warranty Documentation Submission:

The Bidder hereby certifies that all products and materials furnished under this proposal shall be covered by a warranty period of five (5) years from the date of shipment.

Warranty documentation is included with this bid and confirms that the supplied products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service conditions for a period of five (5) years from the shipment date. During the warranty period, defective products will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturer's published warranty terms and conditions.

Complete warranty documentation, including warranty coverage, limitations, and claim procedures, is submitted as part of this bid package and will remain in effect for the full five-year warranty period.

Provide Proof that your Company has:

Maintained a fully operational business facility at where that facility is located and has been continuously engaged in the sale, support, training, and service of Portable/Handheld Raman Spectroscopy Analyzers and related analytical instrumentation.
