Please confirm that the October 22, 4:00 PM date in the advertisement governs. Yes, the date was changed to 10/22/2026 @ 4:00 PM.

Must the completed Mandatory Requirement List, with the Yes and No column filled in for each requirement, be returned with the bid, and should compliance on each line be supported by the manufacturer literature submitted with the offer? The requirements call for compatibility with the agency owned NOVO automatic mosaic slider and full integration with XTK software. Must the offered system be built on that platform, or may an offeror meet these lines by demonstrating that its system works with the existing slider and software? The system must work with the agency owned automatic mosaic slider and XTK.

Please confirm that no radio hardware is to be supplied under this solicitation and that the MPU5 line requires compatibility only. The system will need to be able to operate wirelessly and should include radios to support such. MPU5 is not required but the system should be compatible

No training is specified. Is any onsite training, initial setup, or calibration expected at delivery, and if so, for how many personnel and over what period? No training is required.
