RFQ GUIDELINES

SAWS requests that all pricing furnished include delivery/freight (i.e., F.O.B. Destination).

Each item listed shall be awarded to the bidder providing the overall lowest qualified bid, base year and extensions considered, if applicable.

SAWS reserves the right to award this RFQ to one source.

Terms and Conditions of this RFQ and resultant Purchase Order will be in accordance with the Terms and Conditions document contained on the "Attachments Tab".

Electronic quotes can not be accepted after the specified date/ time.  Quotes received late will not be considered in the evaluation.

Shipping/Freight shall be included in the pricing.

When properly installed, the stair system must meet all regulations such that the access it provides removes confined space classification

Stair System must have a minimum of four (4) fixing holes (two (2) at the top and two (2) at the bottom) with which the system may be anchored to timber or concrete

Stair system must fold flat for transportation and storage

Treads must be self-leveling at any height within the stair’s range

Treads must be anti-slip

Each stair system will come with four (4) lifting lugs installed for ease of mechanical or crane maneuvering
