Only Master Contractors that are awarded a contract under the Desktop, Laptop and Tablet 2015 Master Contract, 060B5400007 , are eligible to submit a bid in response to this secondary competition Purchase Order Request for Proposal (PORFP). A current Master Contractor under the named Contract may submit an LOA with their bid to be considered for the award.

ADDENDUM
This solicitation has been amended to be a 100% Small Business Reserve (SBR) procurement, in addition to being a PORFP under the Desktop, Laptop and Tablet 2015 Master Contract. What this means is that only vendors who are both on the Master Contract List and registered as an SBR will be eligible to bid. Bids from ineligible parties will not be considered.

The bid deadline is being extended for one week, due to this change.

If you are:

1. A Master Contractor SBR who already submitted a bid : You do not need to do anything. Your bid will be tabulated on the new closing date 1/14/26.
2. A Master Contractor SBR who has not submitted a bid: If you wish to bid, please submit a completed bid form before the new closing date of 1/14/26, 11 am EST.
3. A Master Contractor who is not an SBR: We regret that we will not be able to accept a bid from you for this solicitation. Apologies for any inconvenience.
4. Not a Master Contractor: We regret that we will not be able to accept a bid from you for this solicitation. Apologies for any inconvenience.
