Popcorn Concessions for Saturday Cinema Series

The City of Suffolk’s Department of Parks and Recreation will hold its annual Saturday Cinema outdoor movie series on Saturday evenings beginning April 26, 2025. These events will be held on a monthly basis through October 11, 2025. These events will rotate between Downtown Festival Park, Bennett’s Creek Park and Holland Ballfields.

It is the intent of the City to provide a means for qualified service organizations to earn money for their organizations while providing popcorn concession services for one or more scheduled events; however, the City may determine that another source or option may better serve the City’s needs for the provision of these services. The City, in its sole opinion, will determine which of these options will best suit its needs.

Participating groups/organizations must be non-profit under the 501(c)3 Internal Revenue Code.
