Sealed proposals for the following project will be received at the office of Plant Services, 403 City Hall, Buffalo, NY 14202, or can be submitted digitally via the Bonfire link provided below. On April 30, at 10:30 PM proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud for a Multi-Prime Contracts (GENERAL CONSTRUCTION, PLUMBING, & ELECTRICAL) for the following project:

All printing is at the contractor’s own expense. Owner can assume no responsibility for errors, omissions, or other misinformation obtained via other bid document distribution resources.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at BPS #203-156, Kensington High School 319 Suffolk Street Buffalo NY 14215, please assemble at the main entrance. The Architect will be present. Eligible bidders are required to attend this walkthrough or another previously arranged and documented site visit with Architect and/or District personnel. No transportation will be provided by the Buffalo City School district.
