The Texas parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is soliciting bids for removal, replacement, and installation of new pool pump equipment at Abilene State Park, Taylor County, Texas per the specifications provided in the solicitation document.

Bids will only be accepted from Bidders when submitted to the Owner via electronic mail (email) NO LATER THAN 2:00 PM CT, January 26, 2026. Bids received will not be accepted after the advertised deadline time and date as stated in these documents, or as amended in any addenda.

Bids shall be submitted to TPWD via electronic mail (email) to the Contract Manager, Misty Wyatt, misty.wyatt@tpwd.texas.gov and copy INFcontracting@tpwd.texas.gov. The subject line shall include the bid opening date and project number.

Bids received will not be opened or viewed before the Public Bid Opening at 3:00 PM CT, January 26, 2026.
