Pool Concession, Request for Proposals

The Town of Mount Pleasant Department of Recreation and Parks is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and firms interested in providing the food and refreshment service at the pool concession facility at Mount Pleasant Town Pool, 125 Lozza Drive, Valhalla, NY 10595.

The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek out and select a Licensee who will provide a high quality of food service at reasonable prices for pool patrons at Mount Pleasant Town Pool, with an emphasis on customer service.

The Town will begin accepting RFP’s on Wednesday December 11 ^th at 9:00am. All completed proposals must be received in the Recreation Department,1 Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla, NY 10595, no later than11:00 a.m., Friday, January 17 ^th , 2025 in a sealed envelope.  The Town is not responsible for any internal or external delivery delays, which may cause the RFP to arrive beyond the deadline. No materials will be accepted after the deadline.
