Pond Maintenance

Stony Brook University is seeking a vendor to provide all the labor, equipment, materials, associated supplies and services necessary and in accordance with the bid specifications, on a time and materials basis necessary to perform the complete pond maintenance services of all indoor and outdoor ponds located at the Charles B Wang Center located at SUNY at Stony Brook University, as herein described delivered NET FOB Destination in accordance with SUNY at Stony Brook bid 25/26-020MC and Exhibits.

THERE WILL BE A ONE TIME MANDATORY BIDDERS CONFERENCE ON AUGUST 1, 2025, AT 10:00 A.M. (SHARP) IN THE PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT CONFERENCE ROOM, RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT PARK, RESEARCH & SUPPORT SERVICES (RSS). ONLY THOSE VENDORS WHO ARE IN ATTENDANCE WHEN THE CONFERENCE ROOM DOOR CLOSES WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL
