This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140P8526Q0043 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The performance period includes a one-year base and four one-year options. The NAICS code is 325180 with an associated small business size standard of 1,000 employees. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clause may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
The government intends to award a single firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror (pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1) whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price, and past performance.
QUOTES ARE DUE AT 5:00 P.M. PACIFIC TIME (PT) ON MONDAY, June 8, 2026. Only emailed quotes will be accepted.
