Pursuant to NCGS 143-129, sealed bids endorsed “POLYMERS, FB26110” will be received until and

opened at the date and time noted above by City/County Purchasing. The Utility Commission reserves

the right to reject any and all proposals, and to waive any informalities in the bidding procedures. It is

the bidder’s responsibility to confirm receipt of their bid proposal. Bids will be opened in Room 324.

Contract duration: This will be a 3-year, annually renewable contract.

NOTE: Bids will only be considered from pre-approved vendors. Vendor approval is obtained by

performing product (jar) testing at the facility, which must be scheduled in advance. The testing period

closed October 31, 2025.
