Description:

The City of Brooksville is seeking bids for a product used at the wastewater treatment plant for process of bio-solids daily. The wastewater treatment plant uses cationic polymers, which are positively charged, and interact with negatively charged particles in the sludge to form flocs during treatment. Cationic polymers are commonly used in the treatment of sludge containing organic matter, such as in sludge sewage treatment plants.

A typical shipment for the City is 250 gallons per container, with orders dependent on operational needs. These are shipped directly to the treatment plant. Depending on delivered amount, each shipment lasts approximately two (2) months.
