Solicitation Summary
The scope of this contract consists of providing polymer and all necessary service equipment and materials required for delivery. The polymer is to be utilized to successfully condition the facility’s anaerobically digested sludge prior to dewatering by using Fournier Rotary Presses, the Gravity Belt Thickening process, and settling in the BioMag® process at the Marlay-Taylor Water Reclamation Facility (MTWRF), owned by the Commission located at 48020 Pine Hill Run Road, Lexington Park, Maryland 20653.

Additional Instructions
This is a two-step process. Contractors must first schedule and perform product testing at the MTWRF. Only those Contractors whose products successfully pass all performance and testing parameters will be invited to submit bids.

Pre-Bid Conference Details
A Pre-Bid conference will be held on the date and time shown above at the Commission’s Administrative Office located at 23121 Camden Way, California, Maryland, 20619 to review the requirements outlined in the Bid Package. A site visit may immediately follow at Marlay-Taylor Water Reclamation Facility (MTWRF), located at 48020 Pine Hill Run Road, Lexington Park, Maryland 20653. All potential bidders are encouraged but not required to attend.
