Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, Chillicothe VA Medical Center, 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, Ohio 45601, intends to negotiate a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source for brand name requirement for 5-year option periods (Base plus 4 options) for Immunochemical Fecal Occult Testing (iFOBT) analyzer and reagents for the Pathology and Laboratory Service.
