Polson - HVAC Modernization, electrical power and distribution upgrade and AUD Modernization

The Work includes renovation of the Auditorium and Gymnasium, power upgrades to the existing electrical service along with installation of a new generator, and HVAC upgrades.

There will be a non-mandatory Pre-bid meeting for this bid at 11:00AM on August 21, 2025. The Pre-bid meeting will be held at 302 Green Hill Road Madison, CT. A jobsite walk will be conducted following the meeting.

Sealed bids for the bid packages listed below for the Polson Middle School Project will be received by Gilbane Building Company at Gilbane Building Company’s Glastonbury Office at 208 New London Turnpike, Glastonbury CT 06033 until the specified bid due date/time listed on Section 1iii EX.A Proposal Form Exhibit A. Bids will be opened and read aloud shortly following the close of the bid period, refer to Bid Opening Logistics below. Late bids or bids received at any other location will not be accepted.
