POLSON - HVAC, ELECTRICAL POWER AND DISTRIBUTION UPGRADE & AUD - STEEL REBID

The Work includes renovation of the Auditorium and Gymnasium, power upgrades to the existing electrical service along with installation of a new generator, and HVAC upgrades. The Auditorium scope includes abatement of ACM flooring and gypsum ceilings followed by a new RTU (replacement), lighting, ceilings, flooring, seating, theatrical A/V and lighting, theatrical rigging, and finish improvements to the stage surround. The Gymnasium scope includes two new replacement AHUs and ductwork, painting of walls and exposed roof decking and joists, refinishing of the wood floor, and new motorized bleachers. Sealed bids for the 05A – Steel Rebid Bid Package for the Polson Middle School Project will be received by Gilbane Building Company at Gilbane Building Company’s Glastonbury Office at 208 New London Turnpike, Glastonbury CT 06033 until the specified bid due date/time listed on Section 1iii EX.A Proposal Form Exhibit A.
