Oregon State University intends to contract for consulting work to design online field training modules for the OSU pollinator program and workshop with Olivia Carril as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the services and the contractor being the only provider able to meet critical parameters or timeframes to support research and/or business needs of the university. The consultant must have expertise in bee survey work on BLM land, specifically the native bee taxonomy of New Mexico and experience communicating native bee biology of the region. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at pacs@oregonstate.edu by 10/24/2023 at 4:30 PM PT.
