Pre-Bid Conference: A MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting will be held Monday, October 28, 2024, 1:00 p.m. at the Solid Waste Administration building, located at 10 Environmental Loop S, Conference Room, Winter Haven, FL 33880. An authorized representative or agent of the Proposer must be present at this meeting in person or via conference call through Zoom, as evidenced by their signature on the meeting’s sign-in sheet, or the Proposer’s proposal will be considered non-responsive. Those attending via Zoom will be added to the sign-in sheet by the Procurement office during the meeting. The Zoom meetings information is listed below.
