The Spokane Police Department is initiating this Informal Request for Proposals (IRFP) to solicit Proposals from Firms interested in providing Police Psychological Evaluation Services. It is the responsibility of Proposers to check ProcureWare for Addenda or other additional information that may be posted regarding this Request.
