Pre-Bid Meeting Info:	A pre-bid meeting will be held on January 13, 2026 at 10:00a.m. at the site, 6602 Allison Avenue. It is strongly recommended that interested contractors attend the pre-bid meeting, and/or visit the site prior to bidding.

Description:	The project is located west of Sioux Gateway Airport, at 6602 Allison Avenue and includes construction of a 40’-0” x 90’-0” fully insulated pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) designed for storage use. Building features fully insulated PEMB with a minimum interior clear heigh of 14’-0”, overhead doors, canopies at man doors, bollards, propane heat, and high-bay lighting. There will be an alternate that must be bid for a floor drain system.
