The Salem NH Police Department is requesting bids from qualified companies to provide a one-time service for the digitization of archived microfilm, in compliance with HIPPA and CJIS, onto hard drive(s), with a completion date of June 1, 2026. Vendors should include all costs requested on the Bid Sheet as well as any additional costs associated with the labor supervision, materials, supplies, and licenses required to perform the services requested in these specifications.
All bids must be received by November 13, 2025, at 9:30 AM EST to the Purchasing Division.
