Police Administration Tile Renovation 1st Floor Offices

The City of Hialeah is looking for qualified and experienced contractors capable of furnishing, demolishing, and installing tiles and baseboards on the 1st floor offices of the Police Administration Building. This project will include removing the current tile, preparing the surface, procuring the exact tiles, sizes, and colors for continuity, and installing tiles and baseboards in accordance with the specifications of this IFB.

To maintain continuity, the City of Hialeah requires the installation of the same tile in the first-floor offices as previously installed in the hallways of the Police Administration Building under a prior solicitation.
