Description

The Government is looking for Polaris authorized resellers to provide a Master Driving Training Course (MDTC). This four-day “Train the Trainer” program will qualify six CST personnel to independently conduct and certify Polaris vehicle operators, establishing a sustainable internal training capability. The MDTC,conducted on-site using our vehicles and facilities, focuses on safe operation, advanced drivingtechniques, vehicle maintenance, and effective driver coaching, culminating in Recreational Off-Highway Vehicle Association (ROHVA) instructor certification.



Course Scope & Schedule. The MDTC covers: safe vehicle operation, advanced driving skills(obstacle negotiation, terrain management), vehicle maintenance/inspections, and train-the-trainer methodology. The schedule includes:



Day 1: Introduction, Safety, Basic Driving Skills

Day 2: Advanced Techniques, Vehicle Maintenance

Day 3-4: ROHVA Drive Coach Preparation (evaluation, coaching, communication,

practical application)
