The City of Decatur is seeking sealed bids for the Interior Renovation of the Point Mallard Event Center.
Construction renovations for the Event Center will include a new slab for the event space, new bathrooms, renovation of existing bathrooms and other existing spaces. Mechanical renovation has already been completed.
