Roadway Testing Technicians (RTT) for Construction Materials Sampling, Testing and Smoothness Technical Services Specialists on projects in District 2, 4, and 5. This is a Public Notice of Advertisement (PNA) only. This is to inform the consultant community of the upcoming RFQ opportunity.
