Public Notice of Advertisement (PNA) to Issue a Request for Qualifications (RFQ)
The purpose of the PNA is to inform the Consultant community of the upcoming RFQ opportunity. Full
scope of work, instructions and requirements for the upcoming RFQ are to be posted as indicated
below in the anticipated schedule*. No questions or submittals are due during the PNA.

Project Description: General Engineering Consulting (GEC) and Owner's Verification Firm (OVF)
Services for I-75 From I-675 to Locust Grove Griffin Road - Express Lanes
Summary of Scope of Work: The P3 Division is currently seeking a team to perform design and environmental
services for the Pre-let and Post-let phases and Owner's Construction Engineering and Inspection/Owner Verification
Firm Services. The GEC will provide project development deliverables, including but not limited to, the following:
conceptual work, special studies, traffic and revenue analysis, environmental documents, geotechnical
investigation, traffic analysis, support for major interstate interchange concepts, surveys, costing plans, as well
as provide quality assurance of design during post-let, along with post-let administration, engineering, and
environmental services for the Post-let Phase. Owner Verification Firm (OVF) will provide oversight and
compliance verification of the P3 Developer's design, construction, operations, and maintenance work.
