The Georgia Department of Transportation ("Georgia DOT") hereby posts the following Public Notice
Advertisement ("PNA") for considered services. Georgia DOT intends to solicit responses from interested
firms to provide services as Construction Manager/General Contractor ("CM/GC") for the replacement of the
US 19/SR 9 bridge over CSX Railroad #639817J in Fulton County, Georgia.
Please review Section 3 (Tentative Schedule of Events) below to obtain solicitation information.
THIS IS A PUBLIC NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT ONLY. No document submittals are expected or required in
response to this PNA.

Method of Communication
All general communication of relevant information regarding this PNA and any subsequent solicitation will
be made via the Georgia Procurement Registry ("GPR") at https://ssl.doas.state.ga.us/gpr/ through the
advertisement of the RFP. All proposers that respond to a Georgia DOT-issued solicitation are responsible
for checking the GPR on a regular basis for updates, clarifications, and announcements.
SECTION 1 - GENERAL PROJECT INFORMATION AND SCOPE
Georgia DOT is seeking to contract with a CM/GC to provide preconstruction and construction services that
are necessary for the replacement of the US 19/SR 9 Bridge over CSX Railroad #639817J along its
existing alignment to meet current design standards, while spanning the existing CSX tracks and the
Atlanta Beltline trail and accommodating a proposed future track expansion beneath the structure in Fulton
County, Georgia ("Project").
The Project's scope will be in accordance with requirements set forth in the CM/GC Request for Proposals
("RFP").

SECTION 2 - SELECTION PROCESS
A one-phase, best value selection process will be used to award the Project to the apparent successful
proposer. The selection of the apparent successful proposer will be based on the highest overall score among
the proposers who presented proposals meeting the requirements described in the CM/GC RFP.
SECTION 3 - TENTATIVE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
The following Tentative Schedule of Events represents Georgia DOT's best estimate of the procurement
schedule. All times indicated are prevailing times in Atlanta, Georgia. Georgia DOT reserves the right to
adjust the schedule as it deems necessary.

A virtual industry forum and in-person or virtual one-on-one meetings (as such format is determined by the
requestor) will be conducted for the Project on the dates noted above. During the industry forum
presentation, Georgia DOT will provide information regarding the Project's delivery goals, anticipated scope,
anticipated procurement process, and potential risks. There is no limitation on the number of participants.
This is a pre-recorded presentation, and participants will not be provided with the opportunity to ask
questions. Any information provided by Georgia DOT shall be considered as informational only and is
subject to change. Participants will be able to ask questions during the scheduled one-on-one meetings. For

preregister here for access to the pre-recorded presentation on the date noted above, 24-hours prior to its
posting on the Georgia DOT Innovative Projects website at:

A limited number of one-on-one meetings will be available following the industry forum on a first-come, first-
serve basis between interested parties and Georgia DOT staff. Each one-on-one meeting will be limited to
30 minutes.
To schedule a one-on-one meeting, send an email to SR9atCSX@dot.ga.gov by 11:00 A.M. on July
27, 2026. Include in the email three (3) available 30-minute time slots (ranked in order of preference)
and up to six (6) attendees. For each attendee, include their name, title/role, company, indication of
virtual or in-person attendance, and email address. Georgia DOT will respond with a meeting invitation
including a specific date, time, location (if needed for in-person attendees), and secured login information (if
needed for virtual attendees). To ensure confidentiality of the one-on-one meeting, do not forward the
meeting invitation.

SECTION 4 - ANTICIPATED KEY TEAM LEADER REQUIREMENTS
As part of the qualifications package, the proposing respondent will be required to submit resumes for each
of the key team leaders identified below. Anticipated key team leaders for the procurement are listed below.
Georgia DOT reserves the right to modify key team leaders, as well as other schedule procurement
information detailed in this PNA, at any time in its sole discretion.
