PMP, PMF & Dam Break Study Services

WSA is seeking to qualify suppliers onto a roster (the “Qualified Supplier Roster”) to perform PMP,
PMF & Dam Break Studies. The deliverables for the PMP, PMF & Dam Break Study Services include:
• Probable Maximum Precipitation (PMP) and Probable Maximum Flood (PMF) determination for the
reservoir at the Dam (if required)
• Dam break models for the Dam using provided LiDAR;
• Consequence classification for dam safety management and determination of the Inflow Design
Flood (IDF) for the Dam; and
• Inundation maps for the Dam.

WSA is a Treasury Board Crown corporation within the meaning of The Crown Corporations Act, 1993
(Saskatchewan) that is governed by The Water Security Agency Act (Saskatchewan). WSA is responsible
for water management in the Province of Saskatchewan, which includes managing the Province’s water
supply, protecting water quality, ensuring safe drinking water and the treatment of wastewater,
reducing flood and drought damage, protecting aquatic habitat, and managing dams and related supply
channels.
