NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract PM TESTING & REPAIR OF NON-EDWARDS 26-040-FM on or before July 23, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at henry.kocker@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com . All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Electronic signatures are allowed, and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) Facilities Management is seeking bidders to provide comprehensive Fire Alarm and Life Safety System testing, repair, and preventative maintenance services. Services shall be performed across multiple County campus locations to ensure continued safety, compliance, and operational reliability. The County may request a sit down with awarded bidder to draw up testing schedule for duration of the contract.
