Description: Preventive Maintenance Service Agreement for Medical Lasers

INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND:

The Wilmington VAMC wishes to procure a Preventive Maintenance Service Agreement for the Medical Lasers in use at the facility.

OBJECTIVE:

The Wilmington Veterans Affairs Medical Center, (460) Wilmington, Delaware, hereby referred to as the VAMC Wilmington (460), is seeking to purchase this service agreement for the following:
