Project Description: The City of Scottsdale invites sealed submittals to provide all labor, equipment, and materials to provide prep, grading, and paving of approximately 2.9 miles of existing dirt roads, to include Via Dona Road from Hayden Road to Pima Road, Black Cross Road from Lone Mountain Road to Black Mountain Cul-de-Sac, Granite Reef Road from Lone Mountain Road to Ranch Road, Ranch Road from Granite Reef Road to Pima Road, Smokehouse Trail from 81st Street to 83rd Street, and Peak View Road from 66th Street to 69th Street for the PM 10 – Pave Dirt Roads project. Additional work includes installation of concrete cut-off walls, gabion mattresses, riprap, native plant salvage, and hydroseed.
