The following additions, deletions or modifications shall become part of the Contract

Documents for the City of Corcoran Plymouth Avenue Guardrail Enhancements:

REVISIONS TO SPECIFICATIONS:

ITEM NO. 1 CRITICAL DATES AND REQUIREMENTS

• Pre-Bid Meeting/Job Walk location has been revised to the City of Corcoran Public

Works, 750 North Ave, Corcoran, CA 93212.

REVISIONS TO CONTRACT DOCUMENTS:

ITEM NO. 1 PREVAILING WAGES

• In accordance with Labor Code Section 1770 et seq., the Project is a “public work.” The

selected Bidder (Contractor) and any Subcontractors shall pay wages in accordance wit

the determination of the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations (“DIR”)

regarding the prevailing rate of per diem wages. Bidders can obtain the most current

prevailing wage rates at: https://www.dir.ca.gov/Public-Works/Prevailing-Wage.html.

The Contractor shall post a copy of the DIR’s determination of the prevailing rate of per

diem wages at each job site. This Project is subject to compliance monitoring and

enforcement by the DIR.

Please replace the pages with the revised pages attached to this Addendum Number 1.

NOTE: One copy of this Addendum Number 1 shall be signed by the Contractor and must

be submitted with the bid as acknowledgement of receipt and acceptance of this Addendum

Number 1.
