CITY OF CORCORAN NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS AND SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR

PLYMOUTH AVENUE GUARDRAIL ENHANCEMENTS Highway Safety Improvement Program

(HSIP Cycle 11) HSIPSL-5223(034)

GENERAL WORK DESCRIPTION

The work to be done includes, but is not limited to, the following: removal and replacement of existing

Midwest Guardrail System and end anchors, installation of Type 60K Portable Concrete Barriers,

striping, signage, markings and other items of, or details not mentioned above, that are required by

typical construction, Standard Specifications, or these special provisions.

bidders list by calling (559) 429-4747 or emailing javier@am-engr.com to be considered.

A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for January 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM, at Corcoran City Hall,

832 Whitley Ave, Corcoran, CA. This meeting is to inform bidders of project requirements and

subcontracting and material supply opportunities. Bidder’s attendance at this meeting will not be

mandatory.

engr.com. Bid inquiries will end on February 5,2026 at 5:00 p.m.

Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 832 Whitley Avenue,

Corcoran, CA 93212, until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 12, 2026 at which time they will be

publicly opened, examined, and read aloud.
