THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted.
All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time.
Late responses will not be accepted.
PURPOSE. The purpose of this Solicitation is to receive responses and award a contract with a Contractor(s) to provide plumbing valves, fittings, pipe, and accessories to the State of Minnesota and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members, on an as needed basis.
Pricing must be submitted via excel document "Exhibit D - Price Schedule", attached to this solicitation, along with the corresponding Price Lists.
QUESTIONS. If you have questions about the contents of the RFP, you must submit your questions to Jack Moore at jack.moore@state.mn.us by March 14, 2025.
