Scope of Work:
Remove all tile on all 3 walls surrounding toilet.  Plumber to replace leaking carrier and seal.  Contractor to install new wall tile.

Description:
Plumber to remove sink and toilet, replace carrier and seal with Zum carrier and seal and re-install.
Tile work to include removal of all tile on all 3 walls surrounding toilet.  Upon completion of toilet repair, install new backer board material (Schluter Kerdi Board ½” x 48”, 96”), new wall tile material (4” x 4” American Olean # 0052 Matte Stable), new bullnose edge trim (2” x 6” Matte Stable), and new coved base (4” x 6” Matte Stable).  Re-install Grab Bars.
Work to be competed Monday – Friday during normal business hours.
