The purpose and intent of this term contract is to secure firm pricing for items stocked at the Maintenance Parts facility as well as those items needed for daily operations of the Technical Services Department not stocked at the Maintenance Parts Department. Please read the attachment named "Bid 4167GM Plumbing Supplies - TERMS AND CONDITIONS", print out the attachment named "Bid 4167GM Plumbing Supplies - REQUIRED FORMS", read the Specifications, complete the forms, and submit those forms on VendorLink before the due date and time. Download “Bid 4167GM Plumbing Supplies - PROPOSAL FORM.xlsx” from the VendorLink Website where you downloaded this bid document. Complete the Proposal Form document and upload the completed Excel file onto VendorLink along with all required Bid submission documents. Do not email your Bid Proposal Form to the MCPS Purchasing Department. ***PLEASE NOTE: OUR DISTRICT WILL BE CLOSED FROM DECEMBER 19TH UNTIL JANUARY 5TH, 2026. ANY QUESTIONS RECEIVED DURING THAT TIME WILL BE ANSWERED AFTER JANUARY 5TH.
