The Clear Creek Independent School District (CCISD) is accepting proposals for Plumbing Services & Supplies.
The District is utilizing this RFP method of procurement in accordance with Texas Education Code Section 44.031.
This RFP is due on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, by 2:00 PM. Late responses will not be considered.
Questions must be received by no later than Wednesday, May 27, 2026, by Noon. All questions will be answered by Addendum and posted in Ionwave. Questions received after the deadline, will not be answered.
A
nticipated Award of this Contract is June 22, 2026. There will be Four Additional Renewal Options:
Initial Term July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027
First Renewal July 1, 2027 through June 30, 2028
Second Renewal July 1, 2028 through June 30, 2029
Third Renewal July 1, 2029 through June 30, 2030
Fourth Renewal July 1, 2030 through June 30, 2031
To be considered a responsive offer, Vendors must REGISTER and RESPOND in Ionwave. No mail-in proposals will be considered.
