Project Description: The City of Cincinnati hereinafter referred to as “City,” and Greater Cincinnati Water Works (GCWW) cordially requests responses from plumbing contractors, hereinafter referred to as “Offeror(s)”, to replace lead water service lines. Information gathered from this RFQ will be used to establish a list of potential Offeror(s)’s who have expertise, experience, resources, and capabilities to replace lead service lines (LSL).
