Plumbing Services - Facilities Maintenance

Pursuant to the Port St. Lucie City Code of Ordinance 35.07, this electronic Intake Request is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified proposer(s) who will provide Plumbing Services to the City of Port St. Lucie (hereinafter, “City”) as further described in this Intake.

The City’s Facilities Maintenance Division is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and operational integrity of municipal buildings and infrastructure. To ensure timely response to plumbing-related issues across City-owned properties, the Division —through the Procurement Department seeks to establish contracts with three qualified plumbing contractors to provide on-call services.

These services will support routine maintenance, urgent repairs, and minor plumbing installations across a diverse portfolio of facilities, including administrative buildings, public restrooms, recreation centers, and utility sites.
