Invitation For Bids

The County requires up to two (2) Contractor(s) to provide plumbing repair services, renovations, retrofits and new construction plumbing services on an as-needed basis for any building either owned or operated by Sarasota County Government. See Background for more information.

The County anticipates an initial contract term of three (3) years.

Refer to the Solicitation Documents and Attachments section for minimum qualifications, scope/specifications, and insurance requirements.

This solicitation includes other jurisdictions that may, as allowed by their own Procurement Codes, enter into a contract with the awarded bidder.

Agencies participating in this Bid are:

Facilities consist of office buildings, warehouses, infrastructure operations buildings (such as water plants), jails, courthouses, clinics, fire stations, and various parks and recreation facilities.
