Plumbing Repairs on a Time and Material Basis

NOTICE IS HERE BY GIVEN that sealed Bids will be received by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Union City, County of Hudson, State of New Jersey on August 21, 2026 10:00 am prevailing time in the City Clerk’s Office, second floor, 3715 Palisade Avenue, Union City, New Jersey, 07087 at which time and place the bids will be opened and read in public for Plumbing Repairs on a Time and Material Basis.

Bid information may be obtained at the City Clerk's Office, City Hall, Second Floor, 3715 Palisade Avenue, Union City, New Jersey 07087 during regular business hours are Monday – Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder. Must be addressed to the City of Union City and clearly marked:

"BID FOR PLUMBING REPAIRS"

The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any technicalities as may be deemed best in the best interest of the City of Union City as may be permitted by law.  The Board of Commissioners also reserves the right to award contracts to multiple vendors.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 etseq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
